Terkait dengan dugaan galian C dan penjualan tanah galian milik Si Tepu warga lingkungan dua Desa Perjuangan kecamatan Sei Balai pada Selasa 8/6-2021 masyarakat yang di dominasi emak emak mengamuk dan menghempang excavator serta dump truck pengangkut tanah agar putar balik tidak di perbolehkan masuk lokasi penggalian yang sempat beroperasi beberapa hari yang lalu. Sehari sebelumnya yaitu Senin 7/6-2021 ,telah terjadi penghempangan serupa denga massa yang lebih besar lagi yang juga di dominasi emak emak hingga pihak kepolisian dari Polsek setempat menurunkan satu personilnya untuk meredam kemarahan warga serta memerintahkan agar penggalian tanah yang di duga tanpa izin resmi dari pemerintah tentang galian C tersebut di hentikan.
Keberatan warga terkait pembekoan ini di karnakan selama ini dump truk yang mengangkut tanah tersebut keluar masuk lokasi melewati areal perkuburan warga dan di khawatirkan sepanjang jalan ke lokasi tanah wakaf tersebut hancur. Tidak tampak kepala Desa Perjuangan turun ke lokasi konflik ini. Ketika di tanya oleh awak media kemana kepala Desa, dengan nada tinggi seakan terkomandoi para emak emak itu menjawab mana berani Kades datang kemari pak ,dah sekongkol mereka itu ,selama ini kades kami tak pernah mau perduli dengan masalah kami ,malah Kadus Kadus yang di pecat sama dia ini lah yang sampai sekarang masih mau membela kepentingan kami makanya kami sampai kapanpun tetap akan memperjuangkan para kadus lama yang sudah di dzolimi Kades. Bila perlu nanti kami demon ke kantor Bupati dan kami panggil wartawan berbagai media biar tau dunia kebobrokan Erwin Junaidi kades kami yang semena-mena memecat 5 orang Kadus kami dengan kesalahan yang di cari cari. Pokoknya kami tak mau Kadus kami di ganti karna Kadus lama kami dari dulu tetap ada 24 jam saat kami butuhkan,imbuh mereka geram. Ketika wartawan kembali menanyakan kenapa warga bertahan di areal perkuburan itu di jawab bahwa Meraka khawatir bila mana warga pulang maka aktifitas pembekoan kembali di lakukan oleh pihak penjual tanah galian tersebut.akhirnya awak media pulang dengan meninggalkan para emak emak yang tetap stand by siap siaga di arela perkuburan dengan sebahagian membawa anak-anak dan berbagai makanan serta minuman bagaikan tentara yang menjaga perbatasan ,
