Kontestasi pilkades serentak kab. kampar segera digelar. pilkades yang akan dilaksanakan di seluruh desa se kab. kampar akan di laksanakan bulan november mendatang.

Ajang penjaringan pemimpin tingkat desa ini mencari sosok pemimpin terbaik dan pemimpin yang dapat memajukan desa yang dipimpinnya.

Salah satu Bakal calon Kepala Desa dari Desa Bukit Kemuning kec. tapung hulu kab. kampar, Samirin, yang akrab di sapa Pak Samirin turut serta dalam kontestasi pemilihan calon kepala desa bukit kemuning.

Pak samirin, Pria kelahiran Banjarnegara 13 November 1973 yang dikenal masyarakat sebagai sosok yang Akrab, Supel dan membaur di masyarakat serta aktif didalam Organisasi yaitu Badan Permusyawaratan Desa Bukit Kemuning dan juga memiliki kegiatan sebagai penjaga Sekolah Dasar Negeri 007 bukit kemuning

Dikonfirmasi awak media kepada Pak Samirin mengenai mengapa ikut serta didalam kontestasi pilkades di Desa Bukit Kemuning mengatakan ingin mengembangkan program – program kegiatan masyarakat seperti program kegiatan kepemudaan, ibu – ibu, Olahraga, ekonomi kreatif, program sosial untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat se desa Bukit Kemuning.

Pak Samirin juga memaparkan Visi dan Misinya yaitu ingin mengembangkan desa bukit kemuning agar lebih maju lagi dan mensejahterakan masyarakat bukit kemuning membantu fakir miskin dan penggunaan dana desa yang tepat sasaran didalam pengelolaannya.

Serta Pak Sarimin Juga akan membuat program terobosan berupa Desa berbasis IT, dengan mengimplementasikan Administrasi desa menggunakan Teknologi Informasi didalam pelayanan Desa sehingga mampu menjadi Desa Digital kedepannya.
